We chose D'sign & Build after meeting with a few IDs and contractors. Most of them gave us the impression that they just wanted our business and were not interested in our needs. Like 99% of the population, we tried to Google more about D'sign & Build but we did not find much information. However, when we met up with Bhernard from D'sign & Build, he gave us a very good impression as he was sincere and upfront about what he can or cannot do. He also gave us good advice on how certain things can be done better. During the renovation, we encountered some issues with one of the vendors (hired by us) and Bhernard came down on a Sunday afternoon to help us see what the problem was and provide advice on how to fix it and also how to talk to the vendor. During the renovation, Bhernard was very responsive to our SMS. Sometimes when we had a question for him at 2 am, he would also respond. In terms of pricing, D'sign & Build is very competitive and because they are upfront with the price, there are no hidden charges or final bill shocks. Many of my friends and relatives have commented on the very good workmanship. During my conversations with Bhernard, I know that he takes pride in his work and the end product. So you can be assured of the quality provided. My renovation was completed around September 2015, and in March 2016, I received a message from him checking if everything was fine. How's that for after-sales service! This review would not be fair and balanced if I only talked about the good points. The only reason why I gave only 4 stars is that sometimes he might forget about things that we have discussed and you will need to remind him again. It is not something that happens frequently but something he can improve on. When we signed with D'sign & Build, they did not provide any 3D drawing (maybe because my renovation is not a major one). Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of his work and I would definitely recommend my friends to use his service. PS: I am not paid or received any benefits to write this review.
